Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
There are many questions that arise when choosing the class that’s right for you, and we’re here to help. We’ve compiled a list of some of the most frequently asked questions and their answers below. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

1. How many hours a day should I dance?
At first, it’s a good idea to start with two classes per week, especially if you’re not very athletic. Over time, as you gain more experience, you can aim to attend three classes per week, dedicating other days to rest or practice. Increasing to three workouts a week can really make a difference in your strength, skills, and endurance.
Additionally, consider adding stretching classes to improve flexibility and complement your pole dance training.
2. Will pole dance be too hard for me?
No, but it will be challenging! (Trust us, everyone in your class will have the same concerns as you!) Pole dance is accessible for all fitness levels, and with practice, you'll see improvement.
3. How many students are in each class?
We have 7 poles, including a pole with a stage, so our classes are kept small with a maximum of 7-10 students to ensure personalized attention.
4. Will I fall on my head?
Your instructors are highly trained and certified to teach you in the safest and most professional manner. While pole dancing can be challenging, our instructors are there to guide you through each step and ensure your safety.
5. What should I wear?
Pole dance requires skin contact for grip on the pole. Please wear a sleeveless top and shorts. Avoid wearing accessories and refrain from using body lotion or oils before class to ensure better grip on the pole.
6. How old do I have to be to sign up for classes?
You must be 14 years old or older to participate in our classes.
7. How fit do I have to be to feel comfortable in a class?
Our beginner class is designed for all fitness levels. We do not expect you to be "in shape" before starting.
Our classes will help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
8. What is the weight limit of the poles?
The poles can support up to approximately 200 kg (around 2-3 dancers).
9. What will I learn in the class?
In our classes, you’ll learn various moves and routines both on the floor and pole. Our classes are progressive, so regular attendance will help you build strength, cardio, and sensual movement. You’ll also learn to let go of your inhibitions and discover how special and talented you are. All classes are taught in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
10. Do I have to pre-register for a class?
